Steel grades listed here are only selected examples. In fact the steel plant is capable of producing almost any steel grade with short processing times.
ALLOYED BILLETS
Fields of use: high alloyed and clean carbon steel casted semi-finished products for further forging or machining for the automotive industry, gas and oil industry, individual patents and components for the mechanical industry.
Steel grades: high quality carbon steels (C15-C45), low alloyed machine steels (11SMn37), alloyed machining steels (25CrMo4-43CrMo4), heat-resistant steels (Wnr.1.4720-1.4761, Wnr.1.4828-1.4878), Stainless steels (AISI 401, KO33-KO36).
SBQ ROLLED BARS (diameter 12-125 mm)
Fields of use: high alloyed and clean carbon steel hot rolled products for further forging or machining for the automotive product manufacturing, for rapid forging, for mechanical component manufacturing, machining, forging and finishing of military components, pharmaceutical equipment manufacturing, food processing machinery and equipment manufacturing, chemical and nuclear equipment manufacturing.
Steel grades: hardening steels (BC3, 16MnCr5, ZF6, ZF7B), CrMo steels (Cr3,CrMo4, 34CrMo4-42CrMo4, bearing steels (Go3, Sx15, 100Cr6), stainless and acid resistant steels (AISI 201-321, AISI 401, KO36Ti, Ko41), tool steels (W1, W2, W3, K1) rapid steels (R1, R2, R3) spring steels (EN 10089: 61SiCr7, 51CrV4, 52CrMoV4).
SBQ INGOTS
Up to 1200 mm diameter blooms: high alloyed and clean carbon steel semi-finished products for further forging (wind turbine shafts, rings, gear-boxes, etc.)
Steel grades: SAE 4320, SAE 4820, SAE 9310, 18CrNiMo7-6, IEC 61400-4, ANSI/AGMA2001-D04
